Right after the Felicity series I started work on a series of 4 compositions. The purpose of these drawings was to challenge myself to be more precise and mechanical. Basically I wanted to try and make every dot and circle as convincing as possible, and every line in a pattern utterly parallel. It was my first endeavor using color for the circle series. I also tried to incorporate new "patterns" or "shapes" within these drawings to let them be their own. I'm still working to get the best photographic representation for online, but here is a picture of the first of several I will post. Hope you enjoy.
